About Fever Tree Tonic Water

Tim and Charles, British creators, were dissatisfied with the condition of spirit mixers in 2004 and began scouring history books and maps for sources of the greatest components, finally traveling to the ends of the globe to obtain them.

Fever tree is about a quest for perfection, a premium mixer that is perfect for the world's greatest spirits. Only the best organically derived ingredients from all around the globe are used. There are no artificial flavorings or sweeteners used in the production of this top quality beverage.

Quinine is the key active component that gives the tonic water its gentle bitterness. The name “Fever Tree” was chosen since it is the common name for the cinchona tree, which produces quinine in its bark.

From early 17th century references in a British library, Charles and Tim went to the Democratic Republic of Congo to find one of the few remaining plantations of original Cinchona Ledgeriana trees (locally known as "fever trees"), which yield some of the world's best grade quinine.

Premium Indian Tonic Water

A delightful, award-winning tonic water by combining exquisite plant oils with spring water and high-quality quinine from the 'fever trees' of the eastern hill ranges of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Specifically created to complement the finest gins, vodkas, and fortified wines such as vermouth, fino sherry, and white port.

To offer a particularly clean and refreshing flavor and scent, the Premium Indian Tonic Water employs a variety of botanicals, including the signature quinine and oils from Mexican Bitter Oranges.

 

Refreshingly Light Indian Premium Tonic Water

To produce lighter tonic water, fruit sugars are used. It has the distinctly clean, crisp taste of Premium Indian Tonic Water, but with 57 percent less calories, thanks to the mixing of delicate botanical flavors with spring water and highest-quality quinine.

Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water combines a variety of botanicals, including the signature quinine and oils derived from Mexican Bitter Oranges, to create a flavor and scent that is distinctively clean and refreshing.

 

Elderflower Tonic Water

To produce a delightful, flowery version of Indian tonic water, essential oils are combined from selected English elderflowers with high-quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of the Congo's 'fever trees.'

The gentle bitterness of quinine wonderfully balances the delicate and sweet flavor of elderflower, making it a fantastic match for fresh flowery gins and quality vodkas.

 

Mediterranean Tonic Water

A delicate, flowery tonic water developed by combining essential oils from plants collected around the Mediterranean coasts with the highest-quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of the Congo's 'fever trees.'

Less quinine in our Mediterranean Tonic is used, which results in a lighter, more aromatic tonic due to the inclusion of rosemary and lemon thyme.

 

Aromatic Tonic Water

A delightful, one-of-a-kind tonic water developed by combining the mild bitterness of South American angostura bark with fragrant botanicals like cardamom, pimento berries, and ginger. Typically mixed with gin, the end result is a Pink G&T. 

Aromatic Tonic Water has a light spice from ginger and cardamom, with a subtle sweetness from Madagascan vanilla. The end product is a distinctive aromatic flavor with lovely citrus notes and a dry and crisp finish.

 

Ginger Ale

Ginger Beer

An award-winning ginger beer that uses a combination of three gingers from Nigeria, Cochin, and the Ivory Coast, which has been praised by gastronomes and reviewers alike. On the tongue, it's not overly sweet and has a strong, long-lasting ginger flavor. It's great in a Dark and Stormy, a Moscow Mule, or just as a soft drink on its own.

Soda Water

Fever Tree Soda Water is the brand’s most fundamental offering. Produced with a delicate scent utilizing soft spring water, bicarbonate of soda, and a high degree of carbonation. As this soda water has no extra fragrance, it is an ideal mixer that effectively brings out flavours of premium whiskies when used as a mixer.

A silky smooth texture attributed to the use of the freshest spring water and a highly concentrated carbonation level with no aromas on its own.

 

Madagascan Cola 

The Madagascan Cola is made with a special combination of spices and citrus fruits, including Madagascan vanilla to match complex flavours of the world's best rums, scotch whiskies, and bourbons.

A subtle sweetness that comes from premium ingredients, with citrus notes from Mexican Tahitian limes, kola nut and vanilla that gives it a warm and lightly spiced finish.
