Besides the original way, it was also consumed flaming a sugar lump(previously dipped into Absinthe), then stirring ti and finally adding water. It can also be drunk as an ingredient for a cocktail, with either Cafe Frappe, Soda Lemon, or with any other mix at your own taste.
