Stock Availability
In recognition of demand level fluctuation and stock availability, we can only deliver on a first come, first served basis and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product in your order.
We will notify you within 24 hours should stock be unavailable and offer you a suitable alternative or inform you when the product will be back in stock, and provide you with an alternative date for that delivery.
If product is not available, you will not be charged for that stock. After contacting you by email or phone we will hold your order until all your required stock becomes available and then deliver or make a second delivery once the depleted stock is replenished in our warehouse.
Delivery
Deliveries must be taken by persons aged 18 or over. Cellarbration reserves the right to request for proof of age at their sole discretion and to refuse delivery to under-aged purchasers.
All customers placing an order will be sent a receipted invoice by email.
Deliveries at Cellarbration are made during the hours of 12pm to 9pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Cellarbration does not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. Product is deemed unreturnable once it has been signed for upon delivery. If product is faulty or damaged the purchaser will receive a replacement product.
Proof of Delivery
If you or the recipient of the goods is not at the delivery address a card will then be left at the recipient's address so that they are aware that Cellarbration attempted delivery of the product. The product will be returned to Cellarbration’s office and will be re-delivered again within three days but an administration fee of $15.00 will be chargeable for this second delivery.
We will deliver within the specified time. In certain circumstances where this will not be possible we will inform you of a change of that delivery time in advance and arrange a suitable time.
Delivery Costs and Times
Liquorland offers delivery within three working days. You will be informed by email or by telephone of the date and time of delivery. Delivery charges are applicable to Singapore only. Overseas freight and import duties where they may occur are paid for by the buyer where applicable.
If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our office, you can do so between 11am and 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. We are located at 27 Ubi Crescent Singapore 408581. We accept only cash or VISA/MASTERCARD credit cards for self-collection. We will send you an acknowledgement email with the earliest date you can collect your purchase. In most instances, your order will be ready for collection within 3 working days.
Returns and replacements
Upon acceptance of the goods, it shall be construed that the goods are in good order and no refunds or replacements shall be entertained. If goods are damaged on delivery, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Cellarbration will then return the goods to their office and we will deliver a replacement product within 3 working days of the product being available in our warehouse free of charge. During the whole process we will keep you informed on the status. Replacements will only be made in respect of the damaged product and not the entire consignment or order. Under no circumstances shall Cellarbration be liable for any loss or damage (save for personal injury or death) resulting regardless of whether directly or indirectly from a damaged product.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made at least 3 working days before the requested day of delivery by phone stating your name and order as well as the delivery address. An administration fee of $20 or 5% of the value of the order, whichever higher, shall be chargeable for any cancellations that are not made within 3 working days before the requested day of delivery.
